Please note that the Ontario Hilton Hotel does not recommend shipping anything to the hotel on the weekend. They may not have staff available to properly handle any weekend shipments. Also note that this 2010 event is occurring on a Sunday. This means that next day saturday shipping is not possible. Vendors within the area should pack up their corals early Sunday morning. Vendors driving in from far away could pack up their corals Saturday evening. Arrive late saturday night. Get a few hours sleep and then setup their booths.
