Vendor Booth and Display System Rental Prices
Vendor Booth Rental Prices
We have two different size classifications of vendor booths. The booths must be fully paid by August 21st 2011. Any reservations not fully paid by then will be cancelled and offered for sale again. A reservation without payment will reserve a classification of booth, but not a specific booth. To reserve a specific booth location, full payment must be received. The booth rental prices are fully refundable if for some reason the event is cancelled (eg. major earthquake). Refunds will occur within 30 days of September 18th 2011. If a fully paid booth is cancelled by a vendor after August 21st 2011, refund will only occur if the booth is rented again. The booth classifications and prices are described below. Please note that the total available electrical current within the event room is limited. There are maximum current guidelines listed within the booth classifications below. We request that few 400 watt halides be used during the event. Metal halides of 175 and 250 wattage are best. We recommend that vendors within the Midscale Booths utilize power compacts, T-5's, LED's or fluorescents to display their farmed corals. Please note that booth prices will increase in price 4 weeks prior to this event. Booth price increases will become effective on August 21st 2011.

CFM Vendor Display System Rental Prices
The CFM rentable Vendor Display Systems are 30 Gallon Systems that are the perfect size for most of our vendors. Each 30 Gallon Display System can hold up to 150 to 200 fragments. Large scale operations may need two of these systems, but one system can work if corals are held in reserve and placed into the display as space becomes available. The System includes: a custom made Glass aquarium from Advanced Aqua Tanks; custom built stand from the CFM; 250 Watt Double Ended PFO Mini-Pendant; PFO 250 Watt HQI Ballast; 250 Watt Double Ended Bulb (Phoenix 14,000 K or Helios 20,000 K); selection of different display shelves (Glass Jewel-Case Shelves imaged above); Eheim Liberty 200 GPH Filter with 4 new carbon cartridges (water clarity and flow); heater; thermometer; power strip; GFI circuit; a decorative skirt for the stand; and a shelf that is accessable from the back of the system. The custom built glass tank features a frameless diamond edge top. The lighting system is mounted with a custom built light stand designed by the CFM. The height of the light has 4 adjustment settings at 2 inch intervals. The pendant angle is adjustable on a swivel base. The 250 watt DE Mini-Pendant is mounted to maximize the light footprint within the display tank. The ballast utilized maximizes light (PPFD) output from the double ended metal halide. This entire display system was designed with additional guidance from one of our founding coral farming vendors. This system is meant to highlight the display of a vendors corals. As an event attendee walks up to this display the vendors corals will be highly visible from the front and the sides. There are currently 4 different display shelving options (Glass Jewel-Case imaged above, Glass Flat, Egg Crate Jewel-Case and Egg Crate Flat). The rental price varies for these different display shelve options. For the 2011 IE-CFM the CFM has six of these systems available for rent. System reservations are listed below. Rental price includes complete setup of system by the CFM.
